Ezekiel completed a Double Degree in Business (Human Resource Management) and Communications (Public Relations) at Swinburne University of Technology. He commenced as a volunteer in April 2015 as a HR Officer. He is a very passionate and self-driven individual with valuable HR experience and knowledge becoming a valuable member at Bounce.

<span style="font-size: small"><span style="color: #000000"><b><span lang="EN-US" style="font-family: Arial">Saarah Ozeer </span></b><span lang="EN-US" style="font-family: Arial;font-size: 13px">is the Co Founder and Director of ‘Bounce’ Refugee Youth Mentoring Program, that provides mentoring for youth of Refugee background between the ages of 16 to 24. Saarah's background is in Law and Commerce and is a Humanitarian Advocate in regards to Refugee and Asylum Seeker issues and policies both Domestically and Internationally. She </span><span style="font-family: Arial">has been volunteering since childhood in a number of projects both domestically and internationally, but all along has had a close heart to supporting and helping Youth. She believes the Bounce Program is an extended family to everyone in the community and creates awareness, support, connection and friendship between young people of refugee background and the local community. She believes t</span><span style="font-family: arial,sans-serif;font-size: 13px">he bounce <span>team</span> volunteers, mentors and mentees who she referes to as the "Bounce Family" are an amazing dedicated and passionate group of young volunteers and are the</span><span style="font-size: 13px;font-family: Arial"> soul of the Bounce Program. She hopes that the Bounce Program will inspire and empower young people to follow their dreams no matter what, have open dialogue within the community and advocate issues surrounding refugees especially refugee youth and inspire people to make a lasting footprint within their community and the world one step at a time."We are all community superheros in our own right, we just have to believe, act, inspire, empower and have fun".</span></span></span>

Ali is currently in his final year of studying medicine at the Monash University in Melbourne. He has a masters degree in Musculoskeletal Physiotherapy and has worked extensively in the health industry, particularly with chronic disease management, neurological and orthopaedic rehabilitation and spinal disease. He has an interest in public health and is actively engaged in public health research. He volunteers regularly, providing contributions to dynamic groups such as C8 Journey’s Bounce Project, <em>The Water Well Project</em> and Ignite Global Health Group Inc. He has also worked in the corporate setting and has taken further studies in business.
Jane is a 000 call taker for the Victorian Police. She is also completing her Honours Thesis part time in Japanese political studies, namely social policy and the government's relationship with its citizens. External to this, she has always had a strong interest in human rights and government policy (especially asylum seeker policy). Jane thoroughly enjoys her role as the newsletter creator and collator for Bounce. She believes Bounce is an important initiative that helps see youth refugees who are new to Australia gaining the experience and knowledge needed to have the life they deserve to have.
